Company History

Matison Security and Communications was started by founder and Director, Richard Matison, in 2009 to serve both domestic and commercial security customers, with a focus on high-quality products and customer service.

Richard has brought over 30 years of experience and training in the electronics and security industry to build his team to serve customers across Melbourne.  The business is supported by a dedicated office team, providing customer service and after-sales support.  All our technicians are fully qualified, hold ACMA cabling registration, and Private Security Registration with Victoria Police.  Our technicians undertake regular product training.

We believe in supporting reliable and low maintenance products – products that we would be proud to use in our own homes.

The business is fully insured and licensed and registered with Victoria Police and holds Bronze level corporate ASIAL membership.
